We flew to Halifax, rented a car and drove around Nova Scotia, up through Cape Breton, and back via Prince Edward Island and along the New Brunswick side of the Bay of Fundy.

We brought camping gear, so we were able to alternate between sleeping in hotels and camping. Saw lots of wildlife, ate lots of seafood, enjoyed soaking in some of the history and culture.
